Card Holder Terms & Agreement

This responsibility agreement is made and entered into by and between Cedar Creek Cabin and the Card Holder (hereafter, the Guest).  By continuing with the reservation and/or by signing this document you are agreeing to the following terms.

Reservations:

To secure a reservation, a deposit in the amount equivalent to 1 night’s stay, plus 10.4% WA state sales and lodging tax, is required.  The remaining balance is due 3 days prior to arrival.  All rents must be paid using Visa, MasterCard or debit card. Checks received three business days in advance will also be accepted.

Cancellations must be received BEFORE final payment processing, 3 days prior to arrival, to receive a refund of deposit.  If cancellation is made after that time, refunds are dependent on re-booking the cancelled dates.

Damage Agreement:

The guest is responsible for any damages incurred to the cabin and property. 

This includes intentional and/or unintentional removal of the property owners’ belongings, damage to structure and premises including all fixtures, appliances and furnishings.  The Guests’/Cardholders’ credit card shall be charged the full cost of the repair and or current replacement, including labor, materials, removal and disposal, plus taxes and surcharges as applicable.

Telephone:

Complimentary local and domestic long distance calls are available during the cardholder's stay. This includes service to all fifty United States. Calls to U.S. territories, Canadian provinces, Mexico and other direct dial calls will be billed to the cardholder's account within sixty days. 

Check-In/Check-Out Procedures:

Check-In time is between 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on the day that your scheduled reservation begins.  Upon arrival at the cabin, please check in at our home office.  The guest will receive the key as well as any special instructions.  Special arrangements may be made for late arrivals.  Check-Out time is 11:00 a.m. Guests are asked to wash any dishes and utensils they use and to remove any food. 

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the cabin. Guests may smoke on the porch.

No pets are allowed.

Power Outages:

Due to inclement weather or utility exigencies and our location, we experience occasional power outages.  We cannot be held responsible in these events. The reservation will proceed and no refund will be granted.

Privacy Policy:

Cedar Creek Cabin will not sell or share you personal information with any third party.
